Earlier today between 6:20 PM and 6:55 PM Eastern, Proof platform experienced a major outage. During that time, business users could not view transactions; most active meetings were interrupted.

The root cause was a deployment of an incorrect notification configuration, when preparing to mitigate another issue. The outage is now fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
