Update -
We are still seeing intermittent timeouts on this service, but in a low volume that should not be seriously affecting completion times. We will continue to monitor and work with the vendor to get this fully resolved.

Update -
Meeting completion is stable, but we will continue to monitor until we hear more from the vendor. Most delayed completions have automatically retried and completed. We are manually rerunning the completion jobs for those that are still waiting.

Currently we are not seeing issues with the certificate vendor. Newly completed transactions should complete as expected. Delayed transactions will be reprocessed shortly. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Identified -
We're experiencing an issue with one of our third party certificate vendors that is causing a delay in our finalization of transactions and related documents. Our system will automatically continue to retry the processing, and we will verify that they eventually all get completed.
